Judge Juan Merchan of Criminal Court based in Manhattan after perusal of record and cross examination of the case charged former US President trump. He was held responsible for the payment of Hush Money to a Porn Star Stormy Daniel and two others in 2016. Donald Trump exclaimed that he can't believe that it is happening in USA and expressed his anguish that it is only to exclude him from the upcoming Elections and considers the whole process as political victimization. While Trump was asked for his guilt, he answered in negative that he was Not guilty.  

Prosecutor informed the court that he allegedly  paid the Hush Money to three personal including Porn Star Daniel engaged them in illegal conspiracy to augment his campaign in order to undermine election.  

History is in the making that Trump is the first US president who is been charged with criminal case.
