Election Commission of Pakistan is likely to decide the Foreign Funding case today,  filed decades ago against the Pakistan Tehrik Insaf (PTI). The current coalition government is expecting to disqualify or ban PTI or its Chairman Imran Khan. Whereas PTI in its two Provincial Assembly passed a resolution against Chief Election Commissioner and demanding that the Chief Election Commission is no more impartial, as such PTI demands the Chief to resign. That could have built pressure on the ECP whereas the current Government is also pressing hard ECP to decide the case soon than later. In such pressurizing scenario ECP might not be in position to decide case against or in favour of PTI. The possible decision might be just to push the ball from their court. Whatever the decision be, but it would have no fruitful results for both the parties i.e ruling party and PTI. In such scenario the decision would be in favour of PTI.
